Bri Clark

Bri Clark has been on job sites and in the real estate industry since she was 18 years old. Now 20 years later she’s still loving it better than a desk job. Her diverse educational background, natural talents, and overlapping careers gives Bri this unique kaleidoscope of skills that make her a truly unique builder. 

For example, her marketing degree and award winning company, Belle Consulting, have made her great at project management, organization and communication. Her time as a Realtor and property manager have fine-tuned a natural talent for design. As a wife and mother of four made her great at juggling a budget, finding deals, and making all the lines add up. Finally, over the last 10 years from Idaho to Tennessee she has partnered with her husband to own and operate C&C Maintenance and Home Repair. 
A company that specializes in remodels, renovation, and rent readies in the middle Tennessee area. 

True to her nature, Bri wasn’t satisfied with one business. Which started a one-year process to jump through all the education, paperwork, and testing to get her builder’s license. Finally, at the end of 2019 Bri the Builder was launched. But if there was one thing that you should remember about Bri Clark it’s her personal philosophy,
“Always leave a person or place better than you find them.” Bri is the best communicator. Which is a breath of fresh air in the trades. Contractors have a terrible reputation for not returning calls or taking the time to explain things that are happening. That’s not something Bri allows on her jobs. Because it’s not just a job. It’s your home. Speaking of contractors Bri the Builder does contract with subs. She tries just as hard to maintain a great relationship with her subs as she does her clients. She takes time to send gifts at Christmas, pay attention and ask questions about them and their families, and the things that she always makes a point to do is to greet everyone and try to remember their names. That second part she’s not the best at. But she always has a smile and a handshake. Chris Clark is Bri’s mentor and partner in life and business. It takes a certain kind of relationship to be able to work with your spouse and stay married. When we figure it out we will let you know. With over 30 years of construction experience in all trades he runs his job sites with a focus on quality, integrity, and efficiency. Chris is known for his can do attitude. He is the guy that most people come to when it just can’t be figured out. In fact among our clients he’s known as the “Go To” guy.
